Frequently Asked Questions
Learn more about life at The Archive. We’ve answered some of the questions we get asked the most.
› How do I apply for an apartment?
Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested. Once you input your information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
› Will I need a cosigner for my lease?
At The Archive, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.
› What is a guarantor?
Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to The Archive residents.
› Do apartments come furnished?
Our spaces are unfurnished – a blank canvas for you to make your own. However, we have teamed with a furniture rental company that would be happy to assist you in furnishing the unit based on your furniture needs and budget!
› What floor-plans are available?
The Archive offers a variety of floor plans whether you’re looking for a solo space or room for you and your crew. Check out the floor plans we offer by clicking here.
› Is there parking?
Of course. We have a secure, covered parking garage for the exclusive use of our The Archive residents. To discuss getting your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and leased on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to call to inquire about a parking spot today.
› Is there security at The Archive?
